I am now in the agonising two week wait period again. I read that pineapple can help thicken the uterine lining to help implantation if eaten in the 5 days after ovulation, so that's what I've been doing. And pomegranate juice too. And if I do come on my period I am getting a stock of raspberry leaf tea in to drink throughout my period up to ovulation again.

I think I got the ovulation stick thing down to a fine art this month. AND I understand the temperature charting so much more than I did before. It was great when I got that smiley face on 28th January. Having said that I did get a near positive ovulation test on the morning of the 27th so I took another when I got home from work too. Although I used the cheap tests then I definitely thought it was positive then. So I am going to say that my LH surge was between 27th and 28th. When I took a cheap test in the evening of the 28th there was practically nothing, and the same the morning of the 29th. It's amazing how it just drops off like that. My temperature went up on the 29th as well so I'm pretty confident I ovulated on the 28th. So our timing should not be off this month.
